Anyone can make a sock puppet!!  This is somewhat like the sock puppets we will be making


You will be designing your own sock puppet and creating pattern pieces to make it.

Toddler: How To Draw

This is a great tutorial which shows how to use familiar shapes to draw a toddler.
Before you watch it turn off your sound.
Use a pencil and follow the steps to draw this toddler on the back of yyour foldable.
(You may want to pause the video after each step, draw, and then resume the video.)

Each group should spend a few minutes browsing through the 50 Activities just for your Toddler.
Click on the name of the activities (in red lettering) to see a detailed description of the activity.
(You may want to look at some activities at the end first...)
In your small group choose one activity to present to the class and sign up for it.
Create a mini poster that includes 
a large title, large picture, how to play and reasons why this is a good play activity for toddlers. (Think of PIES.)

You will present the posters later.
